What if my order is damaged?

Contact us through your account and send us an image of the damage. As soon as we receive this we will send you an exchange.

  • Please notify us with in 2 days of receipt of the order.
  • If your personalized product is damaged, different to the preview or has not been made correctly, we will exchange the product free of charge, no questions asked.
  • Please refer to our Return Policy.
