I’ve received a faulty/damaged item

Mistakes are a universal human experience, and we are certainly not exempt from them.

Should your personalized product arrive damaged, differ from the preview, or be incorrectly made, we will replace it at no extra cost, no questions asked.

  • Contact us through your account and send us an image of the damage. As soon as we receive this we will send you an exchange.
  • Please notify us with in 2 days of receipt of the order.
  • Please refer to our Return Policy.
